James Zhang                    
Chief Financial Officer

From 1991 to 2001, James Zhang studied in the City University of New York, University of London, and University of Cambridge. He has achieved a BA in International Marketing, a BSc in Business Economics, and a MBA in M-commerce. He has over 15 years of experience as a finance and capital controller in both prosperous international and listed companies. Initially, he worked as an audit manager & senior consultant of PricewaterhouseCoopers & Co, then CFO, CIO and Executive Vice President of B&Q (China), followed by CFO and Vice President of Yolo Ltd. Before coming to Allyes, Mr. Zhang worked as CFO of Cgen Digital Media Ltd, an acquired asset of Focus Media.
